We had a villa for 4 people with garden and swimming pool. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff makes a deep cleaning every day when we’re not in the villa. This service is really high quality, and the staff is very efficient. We’ve found our stuff well tidied each time. The villa is really spacious and the garden with the swimming pool is really nice to enjoy. Trees around allow you to keep your privacy during your stay. We were a bit worried for that before arriving, but we were reassured about that. The bed is so much comfortable and all the equipments in the villa are really nice : shower, bathtub, coffee machine…. We took breakfast, lunch and diner in both restaurants : a lot of choice each time, very good quality products and good fact : we had 2 sets menu per day included in the price of our villa. The beach is accessible on foot close to the majority of the villas. We were there during the 2nd week of september and there were few tourists with us. So we could enjoy a lot the beach. The crew cared a lot about our security every time we went on the beach and we feel very safe. The night on the sand with the moonlight and the sound of the waves is absolutely indescribable… Bikes are available on demand or every time you find some available on the resort. Riding inside the resort is very nice, especially at night time : very few people around, fresh air riding on your bike, moonlight above you…Incredibly nice feeling Swimming in the sea: special thanks to Thanh and Nghia for their safety guard and full attention on us when we were swimming. Super professional! Spa and massage: divine!! Special thanks to Sieng, Hien and Hoa for their kind attention to make us feel as much relaxed and delighted as possible. Sieng was very patient and caring for my hair, I had a hair wash and she took time to dry my hair at Cool air, to not damage my hair!! Thank you so much Sieng.

Review for Maia Resort, Quy Nhơn Our stay at Maia Resort in Quy Nhơn was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff left us in awe. A special thank you to Cang, Duyen, Sang, Hieu, and another kind individual who helped us fix our villa’s lock – their attentiveness and dedication made our stay truly unforgettable The resort is meticulously designed, with lush greenery everywhere, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a Garden Villa with a private pool, which was pristine, beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and well-maintained. The thoughtfulness in every detail of the villa was remarkable. From pool towels and sun hats to a fully stocked kitchen with fresh fruits, pastries, and snacks, everything was taken care of. The mini bar was replenished daily, and the toiletries provided were of excellent quality, adding a touch of luxury to our stay The resort’s private beach is just a short stroll away and is impeccably clean, offering the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the coastal beauty. As a family of four, we especially enjoyed playing lawn tennis on the resort’s well-maintained courts! The breakfast menu was a highlight, with an extensive spread catering to all tastes. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences, ensuring every meal was delightful. Having stayed at numerous resorts and hotels, I can confidently say that Maia Resort sets a new standard for excellence. The massage experience is another must-try, adding the perfect touch of relaxation to our getaway. Words can not fully capture the perfection of this place. If you’re planning a trip to Quy Nhơn, Maia Resort should absolutely be at the top of your list. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at Maia. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, they walked me through the app where I could book lunch/dinner and request services. We stayed at a 2-BR pool villa. The landscape is so beautiful. The bedrooms size are very decent and I particularly loved the master bathroom. There were free refills of water, soft drinks, and small treats for every night during our stay. The package that I booked allowed choosing between lunch/dinner or spa treatments. I was planning to check out the spa, but since the resort is located rather far from any good restaurants nearby, we ended up using the dinner options for all nights. They had different menus every day, but some of the food was repeated. I thought that the food was getting better towards the end of our stay. For some day, breakfast food options were even better than dinner. Food was generally good (~7/10).

One of the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at in Asia. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality villas (large and plenty of space), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels where if you book inclusive it is a decent quality. The spa experience was comparable to some of the best in the world in my opinion. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much, this is how to run a hotel!

This is one of the best resort we stayed so far on our trip. The property layout is easy access to all amenities by walking or buggy service. The foods and spa service were excellent. The staff at Maia are friendly, courteous and tentative to every guest. A big shout out to Hieu for taking care of us from checking in, foods, spa and transportation. She make us feel welcome and being at home..

The best thing about Maia is that all the staff there were very very welcoming and warm. Service level is very high and we were very satisfied with their service and hospitality. The Resort also has a very nice atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

The resort has an amazing layout & facilities Staff teams are above and beyond, top service We used dinner service most days during our stay here, everyday is a different theme and offers which very creative from the kitchen. The remote location made it a much more relaxing experience. It was so quiet at night and the property grounds, room and facilities were top tier. The services provided, from being chauffeured to and from your room, to complimentary afternoon tea being Brough to the room every day, the secret little path from our horizon pool straight to the beach, to the app you can use to order room service and book dinner or spa treatments, even buggy pick up. It was all of the little extras that made this resort a complete stand out. The pride they take in their gardens and presentation or themselves, their food and drinks are exceptional.

The staffs so lovely, they offer me free 2 hrs early check in & 2 hrs late check out while I have evening fly. Resort also offer all free of snack, cookies + drinking bottles mini bar and free excellence cakes at 6pm. Room design, funitues & colors are perfect & feel so relax.
